SKYODESIGNS is more than just a Quality Apparel development company, it's a movement from the brainchild of a man that has been on both sides of the spectrum. Ran the streets and had to pay for that type of lifestyle for over 30 years of his life behind bars. But the bright side is while serving his time he has been mentoring the younger inmates for 20 plus years, so that when they are released back into society they will not continue the life of crime. He himself has lost three BROTHERS, NUMEROUS FRIENDS, & FAMILY to the STREET LIFE throughout his life. He has seen black men killing each other time & time again! He came up with

STOP_KILLING_YOUR_OWN as a cry to our youths to rally against killing each other. This Slogan, his MOTTO is what he wants to carry beyond the prison walls straight to the street! He came up with the way but nonverbaly without saying a word and instead he did through actions rather than words, but still the words that your reading now speak VOLUMES!

SKYO has still managed to not only help itself but it has found strength and inspired hope by creating a brand that defines the everyday struggle helping our people to really understand that whether we are in prison, free, or wherever, young or older we must unify and stop hurting one another!
And I've not ran across a more invigorating inspiring brand. And its all from a true individual that has struggled and strived to keep his dream alive, creating SKYO and more while still in the trenches. I'm invigorated when our message is kept alive, believing our designs will last forever & ever!
